We’ll send back a price range by text or email, usually within a day or two, so we’re both on the same page before either of us spends time on a site visit. Or if you’d rather meet in person from the start, just reach out and we’ll come give you a rough estimate on site.

On-Site Consultation
If the rough numbers work for you, we come out and lock in the key variables. Measurements, site conditions, material selections, structural choices, customization and design details — all decided in real life with pictures and material samples. This is when your project begins coming to life.

Final Quote & Agreement
Within a few days of the consultation, you’ll receive a Final Quote & Agreement — build specs planned out, fixed price, phased labour and material breakdown, signed in person when we collect the deposit.

Construction
Materials are ordered and work starts as soon as our calendar allows — you’ll know the approximate start date well before. Final balance is due within 3 days of completion. We work with precision and do not cut corners. Every build carries a 1-year workmanship warranty and is guaranteed to be Built Strong. Built Right. Every Time.
